It’s the month of exams. The hurly-burly schedules, the firm commitments on sticking to the plan, the sleepless nights, and the terrible nightmares of running up to the exam halls just on time, all of these define our life for a month. In such hard-pressed situations, we often get tired very easily. Our body requires a great amount of energy and if not provided, we tend to feel sleepy, uninterested, and weak. So, here are 5 easy DIY smoothies to keep you energized during exam preparation.

Firstly, this is a DIY job so it has to be easy and it is! Just get to the dining area. Grab all the ingredients that are available. Get to the blender and start making your energy booster. Effortless! We’re done with the procedure. Now let us get into the ingredients pin-pointedly for a perfectly defined power-packed smoothie.


EASY DIY SMOOTHIES NO #1

ORANGE BANANA SMOOTHIE 

In the jar:

· Orange         1 no.

· Banana        1 no.

· Sugar           1 tablespoon

· Water           1 glass


EASY DIY SMOOTHIES NO #2

PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE

    In the jar: 

· Peanut butter     2 tablespoons

· Banana              1 no.

· Honey                 2 tablespoons

· Milk                    3/4th glass

Optional: Add 1 table spoon of cocoa powder if you want to make it tastier.


EASY DIY SMOOTHIES NO #3

CUCUMBER APPLE SMOOTHIE

In the jar:

· Cucumber       1/2 no.

·  Apple              1 no.

· Honey              2 tablespoons

· Water               3/4th glass

· Mint leaves      3 no.


EASY DIY SMOOTHIES NO #4

 APPLE, DATES AND WALNUT SMOOTHIE

In the jar:

· Apple              1 no.

· Dates              2 no.

· Walnuts           2 no.

· Milk                 1 glass

Optional: Add 3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon if you want to make it tastier.


EASY DIY SMOOTHIES NO #5

SPINACH CUCUMBER BANANA SMOOTHIE

 In the jar:

· Cucumber      3/4th

· Spinach          2 leaves

· Banana           1 no

· Milk                  1 glass

And done! They are all my personal favorites and the best among all is the Banana Peanut Butter. It almost is a mini-meal to the tummy. They are very easy to prepare, clock friendly and of course healthy! Also, we personalized them to make sure all the ingredients used are available to students. So why wait?!
